I had the opportunity to work during 2 months as a set designer for the west african theatre festival "Les Récréâtrales", in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
This pictures were taken during an outside installation created and animated by the set designer crew which purpose was to promote the festival perfomance week. It took place on a roundabout for an entire day and included stencils of the festival logo painted on an old fountain, lime traditional genealogic caribeans ground drawings, human-size characters installed inside 2m by 2m wooden door frames,etc..
